Blue Devils Beat Bucs 6 to 2

Little Silver:  In boys Varsity baseball action this morning, the Shore Regional Blue Devils defeated the Red Bank Regional Buccaneers by a score of 6 to 2.  The winning pitcher for Shore was RJ Bohnert, he gave up 6 hits, 2 runs and struck out 5.

The losing pitcher for Red Bank was Blake Brandon, he pitched 5 innings, gave up 8 hits, 6 runs and struck out 4.  Brandon was relieved by Junior, Brian Wikoff, who pitched 2 innings.

With a record of 2 wins and 2 losses, the Blue Devils will face Matawan Regional HS at home on Saturday, April 14^th.  After this loss, the Bucs are 4 and 2 and will face Nutley HS at home on Saturday, April 14^th.
