Authorities Still Searching For Girl Whose Car Was Found in Long Branch

LONG BRANCH: The search continues for a New Jersey woman who has been missing for weeks.

Meaghan McCallum, 30, of Oakland, was last seen on a surveillance tape walking out of a parking garage alone in Long Branch. She left her keys and purse in the car, which was later stolen and found by police.

According to a story by Pix11, boats have searched the ocean off Long Branch but she has not been found.

McCallum's parents told Pix11 that their daughter left home to stay with her grandmother and has been missing since the morning of March 11. Her parents say she struggles with mental illness and they had been trying to persuade her to stay on medication, according to the article.
