B-Street Band Brightens Up The Beach

Sea Bright:  This past weekend the “B-Street Band” took to the beach in Sea Bright to play a benefit concert for the people and businesses of Sea Bright.  The band performed on the main beach in front of several hundred Sea Bright supporters and music lovers.

The concert was free of charge and took place rain or shine.  The band played for several hours playing all of the hits from the Boss, Bon Jovi, and other bands that New Jersey made famous.

Throughout the night many audience members would gather in front of the stage to sing, dance, and party with the band.   Clearly, the high-energy performance gave the crowd something to cheer for on the final night to the official end of summer.

Besides the “B-Street Band” playing on the beach, Sea Bright was bustling with people dining out and enjoying time with family and friends.  Several restaurants were standing room only while others had a wait of an hour or more.

Though Sea Bright has had a rough time after Hurricane Sandy, things seemed to be turning around for the borough.  The coordination of the free beach concert along with other events in town proved that progress has been made over the past year.

Now it is up to Sea Bright residents and people from surrounding communities to continue to support the businesses, restaurants, and attractions that Sea Bright have to offer in the off-season.

With the both the night and the summer coming to a close, Sea Bright and the community shined once again.  Let’s not wait until next year to “let the good times roll” in Sea Bright.
