West Long Branch:  Former Councilman Tom De Bruin welcomed residents and visitors to the 84th annual Christmas Sing at J. Russell Woolley Park on Sunday. Mayor Janet Tucci recalled the many years she has been a part of the festive event, and how happy all were that the weather was comfortable, in the mi-60s and rain had held off for the occasion.

DeBruin led the caroling as a good sized crowd sang along from the music sheets provided. Tradition favorites were part of the program including the kid favorite “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.

Council members John Aria, Fred Migliaccio and Jose Villa joined in the Merry Christmas wishes for a safe and happy holiday along with Police Chief Larry Mihlon
