Eatontown Historical Committee To Honor Veterans Nov. 8

All are invited to join the Eatontown Historical Committee in recognizing the service of veterans and active duty service members during its Sunday, Nov. 8 Museum Open House at 75 Broad St. from 2-4 p.m.

An Honor Garden of Flags will once again be displayed on the museum's grounds. Those attending can dedicate a flag in honor or in memory of a veteran or active duty service member. Presently, there are 150 dedicated flags in the Museum garden and they are looking to increase that number. Flags and ribbons will be available on the day of the event. Inside the Museum there will be exhibits reflecting the tradition and sacrifice of military service to our country and life on the homefront.

A great way to pay tribute to those who have served our country or are currently doing so.
