Eatontown's newest restaurant has opened its doors to the public.
Apella Greek Taverna, located on the corner of Route 35 and Clinton Avenue, had its soft opening on Monday night, July 13, with a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by family and friends as well as Eatontown Mayor Dennis Connelly and Eatontown Councilman Mark Regan.
The authentic Greek restaurant, which has the same owners as All Seasons Diner in Eatontown, will be open to all beginning July 14.
The space was once occupied by the Cobblestone Diner and more recently by Stone & Sea Grille. The buildings has undergone several exterior and interior changes.
