Long Branch Paid Parking Ends Sept. 30

LONG BRANCH: The paid parking season in Long Branch ends Sept. 30 and residents will no longer have to feed meters to park along the city's oceanfront until May 1.

This was the first year the city charged beachgoers to pay to park on oceanfront streets and Pier Village.

Dogs will also be allowed on city beaches starting Oct. 1 and ending April 30.

The Long Branch Police ask residents to keep dogs on their leashes at all times while on the beach and to clean up after them.
