Long Branch Summer Concerts, Events Continue Through September

LONG BRANCH: The summer season may be coming to a close next week, but the city's concerts and events will continue through the end of September.

There's still a few concerts, fireworks and even a car show planned for locals and visitors alike.

Below is a list of the remaining summer performances.

Tuesdays On Broadway
Broadway Stage near McDonald's behind Brookdale
Shows begin at 7 p.m.

Aug. 30: Origens Band (St. Luke's Church-535 Broadway)

Thursdays By The Sea
Festival Plaza in Pier Village
Thursdays Starting June 16 at 7 p.m.

Sept. 1: Brian Kirk & The Jirks (w/ fireworks)

Cruise to the Jersey Shore "See You In September"
Sept. 11, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Oceanfront Promenade & Great Lawn

West End Funkfest

West End Park, Saturday Sept. 17, 5 p.m.

Featuring: Dub Proof, Eastbourne and Ricky Eldridge & The Funky Stuff
