Man Dies After Jumping From Radio Tower in Long Branch

LONG BRANCH: A man has died after jumping from the top of the radio tower at Memorial Parkway and Belmont Avenue Monday night shortly after 7:30 p.m.

Long Branch Director of Public Safety Jason Roebuck said the unidentified man jumped and fell through the roof of a "condemned and unsafe" building and was "stuck there."

Police have shut the area around the radio tower down. 

The man's identity has not yet been released by police.
