LONG BRANCH:The summer may be more than half over, but the city still has plenty of concerts and shows scheduled through the end of the month.
The concerts are sponsored in part by the Long Branch Urban Enterprise Zone and are held throughout the summer in West End, Pier Village and the Broadway area.
The remaining Blues By The Beach concerts will be held at 7 p.m. on Sundays at West End Park and are as follows::

The Thursday By The Sea concert series is held on Thursdays at 7 p.m. in Pier Village:

* Rainouts will be held at Long Branch Middle School
A car show, West End Cruise Night, will be held on Aug. 16 from 6-10 p.m. in West End. Familiar Faces will play in West End Park, The Cherubs will perform on the main stage and Reanna Runge ft. The Brooklyn Bridge will also be part of the festivities as a special guest.
The Long Branch Jazz and Blues Festival will be held on Aug. 23 from 1-10 p.m. on the Great Lawn. The festival will feature vendors, jazz and blues artists and fireworks at the conclusion of the evening.
