For music there was DJ Yum Yum as always, keeping the sounds at just the right level and providing the background for Marcia Boynton, a local woman with a fantastic voice from Asbury Park who sang songs of praise on the mark for the celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King's memorial remembrance, love and peace, Guild member Carl Jennings said, as he introduced additional guests.
The Flag Salute was led by Aaluyah Brown and her sister Mya. The Prayer and Blessing of food was offered by Rev. Virginia Feldman.
It was a Friday, a no school tomorrow night so many youngsters attended, excited and with excellent appetites. The desert line had a good workout.
