Believe it or not, more snow could be headed to the area on Friday, March 20.
Fortunately, the National Weather Service is calling for most of the snow to fall in northern New Jersey and not Monmouth County.
A forecast briefing issued on Wednesday afternoon called for less than one inch of snow to fall on the county "shortly after sunrise Friday." As much as 4 inches could fall in far northern New Jersey.
No rain or icing is expected during the weather event.
The National Weather Service is expected to issue a similar weather briefing on Thursday, so we'll update this story if the forecast changes.
