Pedestrian Killed In Ocean Boulevard Crash

LONG BRANCH: A pedestrian was hit by a car and killed on Ocean Boulevard on Friday night, Nov. 27, Long Branch Director of Public Safety Jason Roebuck said.

Police have not yet released the name of the man who was killed in the accident, which occurred in the area of Ursula Plaza around 10 p.m.

The road was closed for several hours while police remained on the scene. The details of the accident have not been released as it is still under investigation by the Long Branch Police Department and the Monmouth County Serious Collision Analysis Response Team.
