SEA BRIGHT: A developer hoping to renovate the old Sea Bright Public School has presented his plans to the borough planning board.
Aldo J. Frustacci, who represents River Street Realty, LLC, bought the school in 1995 for $100,000 and is now looking to renovate the existing 3.5-story building into a 12-unit apartment building located at 4 River St.
Sea Bright Planning Board Secretary Kathy Morris said the board heard testimony but did vote on the application during its Feb. 10 meeting.
She said the developer is planning to make to make some modifications to the plan based on feedback he heard from the board on Tuesday night.
The application was moved to the board's March 24 meeting when River Street Realty will present modified plans and the board could render a decision on the application.
