Say Cheese, for a Gouda Cause!

Red Bank:  On Wednesday night at the Cheese Cave, located at 14 Monmouth Street the Boys and Girls Clubs of Monmouth County paired up with Stephen Catania to raise some money.  More than 45 tickets were sold to the event.  Glen Mendez, Fine Wine Manager for Total Beverage Solution poured the wine.

Mendez, paired 8 wines with cheeses provided by Catania from the Cheese Cave.  Elbow room was at a premium as tasters tried the cheese and wine.  There was Swiss, Aged Gouda and Brie, an incredible selection to taste, more than one happy customer left for home with a selection to go.

It was the first Red Bank based fundraising event for the group based out of Asbury Park, with a unit in
Red Bank, located at 138 Drs. James Parker Blvd.  The point of the event was to let the community know that the Boys and Girls Clubs of Monmouth County are here and they need your help!
